The Zoning Office administers Chapter 49 of the Code of Grand Island as well as the Noise Pollution Control. Sign, Littering and Dumping and Abandoned Vehicle Laws- Issues location permits for fences and sheds, along with permits for permanent and temporary signs in addition to applications for Special Use permits and re-zoning.
