Town Board of the Town of Grand Island, Erie County, New York, on

Monday, the 20th day of April, 2009 at 8:00 P.M. in the Town Hall,

Which premises are bounded and described as follows:

 

ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of Grand Island, County of Erie, State of New York, being part of Lot 76 of said Island and more particularly bounded and described as follows:

 

               BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Ransom Road and the northwest corner of lands conveyed to Debra S. Slater by deed recorded in the Erie County Clerk’s Office in Liber 11049 of Deeds at page 2777; running thence southerly and along the west line of said Slater’s lands 624.00 feet to a point; thence westerly and parallel with the centerline of Ransom Road 600.00 feet to the southeast corner of lands conveyed to Michael J. Fifolt and Mary Fifolt, his wife by deed recorded in the Erie County Clerk’s Office in Liber 11009 of deeds at page 72; Thence northerly and along the east line of Fifolt’s lands 624 feet to the center line of Ransom Road;  thence easterly along the centerline of Ransom Road a distance of 600.00 feet to the point of beginning.
