PROPERTIES IN THE TOWN
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Grand Island shall hold a public hearing at 8:00 PM on March 16, 2009 at Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York, 14072, for the purposes of considering and possibly adopting a local law amending the Town Zoning Code by rezoning certain properties as shown on the attached maps as North Business District, Central Business District, and South Business District. Copies of the proposed law and the proposed revised zoning map are available at the Office of the Town Clerk at the above address. At the time and place above, all members of the public shall be heard.
