Notice is hereby given that the Town of Grand Island Town Board will hold a public hearing at 8 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2009, at the Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York, to consider and possibly adopt revisions to the Town of Grand Island Zoning Code Sec. 49-67(D), to add drive through businesses as specially permitted uses in the TC-MU District. At said time all interested members of the public shall be heard. Full copies of the proposed Local Law are available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, New York.

All interested persons may attend at said time and place and be heard thereon.
