NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing
regarding Local Law Intro #7 of 2009 will be held by the Town Board of the Town
of Grand Island, Erie County, New York on
Monday, the 19th day of October 2009
at 8:00 PM
to consider an application by

for a Gun Club
WHICH PREMISES ARE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, Situate in the Town of Grand Island, County of Erie and State of New York, being part of Lot NO. 97 bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northerly line of Ransom Road a distant of
3438.44 feet westerly from the intersection of said northerly line of Ransom
Road with the Southwesterly line of East River Road; thence westerly along the
northerly line of Ransom Road 700 feet to a point; thence northerly at right
angles to the northerly line of Ransom Road, 1559.00 feet to the north line of
lands conveyed to James B. Stafford by deed recorded in the Erie County
clerk’s office in liber 1910 of deeds at page 491; thence easterly along said
northerly line of Stafford land 700 feet to a point; thence southerly at right
angles to the northerly line of Ransom Road 1559.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
