1.                  A. MILLER – 2805 Fix Road

Single Family Dwelling

 

After reviewing the elevation for a single family dwelling to be constructed at

2805 Fix Road, a motion was made by Buchanan – Szafran to accept the

drawing, provided approvals are granted by all other necessary Town Boards.

 

Roll Call:      Ayes – Buchanan, Butler, Killian, Szafran

            Noes – None

2.                  FORBES HOMES – 38 Park Place

Single Family Dwelling

 

A motion was made by Killian – Buchanan to accept the elevation for a single

family dwelling to be constructed at 38 Park Place, provided approvals are

granted by all other necessary Town Boards.

            Carried

 

 

3.                  WILCOX SIGN CO. – 2180 Grand Island Blvd.

Sign – Key Bank

 

After reviewing the signage packet form Wilcox Sign Company for the Key

Bank project to be constructed at 2180 Grand Island Blvd., the Board decided

that the packet must be resubmitted because they must conform to the “Design

and Performance Standards” for this project.  The sign company was asked to

resubmit a new signage packet for the next Board of Architectural Review

meeting in September to the Building Department.

 

 

4.                  RYAN HOMES – 80 Park Lane

Single Family Dwelling

 

It was moved by Szafran – Killian to accept the elevation for a single

family dwelling to be constructed at 80 Park Lane, provided approvals

are granted by all other necessary Town Boards.

A motion was made by Buchanan – Killian to accept the elevation for a single family dwelling to be constructed at 320 Park Lane.  Approvals must be granted by all other necessary Town Boards.
