Single Family Dwellings

 

A motion was made by Buchanan – Killian to accept the elevations for single

family dwellings to be constructed at 363, 366, 379 Havenwood Lane;

provided approvals are granted by all other necessary Town Boards.

Bath House

 

After reviewing the elevations for a bath house to be constructed at the

campground located at 2659 Whitehaven Road, a motion was made by

Szafran – Killian to accept the drawings.  Approvals must be granted by

all other necessary Town Boards.

Single Family Dwelling

 

It was moved by Killian – Buchanan to accept the elevations for a single

family dwelling to be constructed at 1925 Stony Point Road, provided

approvals are granted by all other necessary Town Boards.

A motion was made by Buchanan – Szafran to accept the elevation for a

single family dwelling to be constructed at 326 Ransom Road.  Approvals

must be granted by all other necessary Town Boards.

Ransom Road, a motion was made by Killian – Szafran to accept the

Addition

 

A motion was made by Buchanan – Killian to accept the elevation for an

7.                  ULRICH SIGNS – 2435 Grand Island Blvd.

First Niagara Bank – new signs

 

Review of the elevations for new signs to be replaced at 2435 Grand Island

Blvd. for First Niagara Bank were accepted by Szafran – Killian.  Approvals

must be granted by all other necessary Town Boards.

8.                  RYAN HOMES – 927 Stony Point Road, 71 & 87 Waterford Park

Single Family Dwellings

 

After reviewing the elevations for single family dwellings to be located at

927 Stony Point Road, 71 & 87 Waterford Park, a motion was made by

Szafran – Buchanan to accept the elevations.  However, the elevation for

927 Stony Point Road is shown with a front porch.  Any alteration to this home must be resubmitted to the Board for review.
